AccuTEST Systems USA-In-Service Pressure Safety Valve Testing System
The AccuTEST System is designed for on-line verification of PSV set pressure and functional performance without valve removal or process interruption. The system applies a controlled, externally generated force to the valve spindle, enabling accurate determination of valve opening characteristics while the process remains pressurized.
Testing is performed under actual operating conditions, providing realistic performance data and eliminating uncertainties associated with bench testing.
Unlike conventional testing systems that utilize hydraulic actuation, the AccuTEST System is electrically motor-driven, offering improved force control, repeatability, and reduced dependence on hydraulic infrastructure.
