Floating Soft-Seated Ball Valves

These have a simple floating ball design, often with soft seats for tight shut-off.
Example: PEKOS FIG. Z04 / Z06 TTTG – a 2-piece, soft-seated, floating ball valve.

Guided Soft-Seated Ball Valves

“Guided” means the ball is supported/guided (often for larger or more demanding valves) to reduce wear and improve seal life.
Available in DIN and ANSI designs.

Actuated Valves

Many PEKOS valves can be supplied with pneumatic or electric actuators for automated flow control.

Multi Way Ball Valves (3 Way & 4 Way)

3‑way or 4‑way ball valves allow for flow diversion, mixing, or sampling.
Can be supplied with manual lever or with actuator (pneumatic / electric).

Cryogenic Valves

PEKOS offers versions rated for very low temperatures, supporting cryogenic applications.

Metal-Seated Valves

For high-temperature, high-wear services where soft seals won’t perform well, PEKOS has metal-seated ball valves.

Trunnion-Mounted Ball Valves (2 Piece and 3 Piece)

2-Piece / Full Trunnion: The ball is mounted on a shaft (trunnion) which supports its weight, suitable for larger / higher pressure valves.
3‑Piece / Forged Trunnion: Split body for easier maintenance, designed for high-pressure service.
Example: 3-piece trunnion 3‑way / 4‑way valves.
Full Trunnion 3‑Piece: Sizes up to DN1000 (per PEKOS website).
